On your Recipe, for Golden Goblet Gruit Ale II you have an additive "Super SuperFood". Can you tell me what this is? I'm in the process of collecting items for this and another recipe. But I can't seem to nail down what you mean by Super SuperFood. This will be my first Gruit and there not many on this site. Thanks Steve

The Super SuperFood is a yeast nutrient you can use any type of yeast nutrient on the market or none at all ir just helps in the fermentation. Good Luck
