Jon: About to brew your Winter Stout, on Coffee beans on secondary fermentation, could you share the steps. Is this just ground coffee? Brewed coffee? Thanks

What was the mash Temp? and what temp for fermentation?

How is the coffee in the chocolate coffee stout recipe used? It says drip in the notes. Do you run water through and add to secondary or used ground coffee? Thanks
