I DID THE SIMCOE AND AMARILO IT WAS FANTASTIC GREAT SUGGESTION

I just did my second batch with 0.5 oz Citra @ 90 min, 0.3 oz Citra @ 30 min and 0.5 oz Amarillo @ 10 min. I dry hopped for 14 days in Secondary with 2 oz. El Dorado. Came out slightly sweeter, but still has the citrus tang and Great peach flavor.

Next batch I will do Citra for bittering, El Dorado for flavoring and Pacifica for Aroma.
