Good beer
by tngolferThis is a good recipe. It was my first kolsch. I added 4 oz. corn sugar to up the alcohol a little which pushed it technically out of BJCP style but it was still good. I would brew this again. Congrats on the awards.
Quintessential Summer Beer
by mekanicalnatureThis is a mowing lawn, hanging out session-ish thirst quenching fantastic beer of a beer.
Beware: If you make it you'll never be happy with a Kolsch besides this one again.
