Hi Nordeast.

I am brewing your Pliny IPA. I have a question. The Centenial is a 0 day dry hop. Is this a typo, and it should be 7 day dry hop? Or is it dry hopping on the day you are bottling, as in dry hop 3 - 5 hours before bottling?

Hey, just watched your videos on youtube. Nice job, going to give the classic american ipa a try. I also do biab 2.5 gls batches and have some ipa recipes, although I haven't made alot of them the ones I have were pretty good. The ones I've brewed are marked, just wish I had more time to brew.
