I diluted the Hefe Weizen recipe below using 2000ml of boiled, cooled distilled water in each 5gal fermenter to bring the OG to 1.055. I included this info in the notes but didn't see it in the posted recipe. I do a single decoction but it can be done as a step mash if you don't wish to decoct. Even a single infusion at 150F. I have won several metals in different competitions.

When you rack you wort into your primary fermenter, do you add your dry hops as well? I have another receipe and it calls for a secondary fermentation with the dry hops added then. I'm excited to brew your recipe

sorry, I forgot to mention the recipe. It's about revenue Galaxy Pond Ale. In the original recipe, I made use of Carbonation: Barrel with 13.72 PSI at 3.3 degrees. My question is: how will bottling in bottles, I would like to confirm what the best temperature for carbonation?
