Your recipe looks good. I was recently looking at making a Belgium stout that uses candi sugar, so I'll be curious how it goes. Of the malts, I'm not familiar with Caravienne, but the others seems like a good balance for this kind of beer. And orange peel - this should be tasty.

i shared a turbo dog recipe that I found from a guy who made a few batches and said it was identical to the real thing. He used Beersmith, so I just copied everything he did...brewing this tomorrow
