Hey - How did that Belma stout come out?? I had an idea last night that would use my stout recipe slammed with belma hops mostly at the back with the whirlpool and dry hop. I want to test out the strawberry character of this hop with the chocolatyness from a stout recipe....

It was very tasty, but it never had any hints of strawberry or any of the flavors touted of belma. But, it was a great stout.
