Hi,
I hate to ask but could you change your "Trappist Ale" recipe to "Trappist Style" or "Belgian Ale". I actually got a letter from Chimay telling me that "Trappist Ale" is trademarked by the Trappist monastaries and I can't use it online as a title.

I'm sorry about that. I didn't even think about that title being a problem. I changed it to an Abby ale. I think that should be ok. Thanks for letting me know and sorry about causing that inconvenience. I'll pay more attention to my titles from now on.

My Newly Developed Product. Try this one and you’ll be amazed!

Hi Guys! My grandfather is a fan in brewing and also love home brewing for a couple of years. He’s been developing different styles and products with the help of his friend in Australia. I tasted some of his product and I find it delicious. So I conducted research and development of one of his products called “restoBEER12” and the recipe that I’ve made is better. The color is more appealing and its aroma is great.

Since, I am new to this, hoping that this will be a start to more brewing activity and probably have a lot of involvement in my next recipes. If you’re interested with this recipe guys, I can share and post it.

You can also check this one since I’ve learned so much in this page: http://brewworld.com.au/about/

First day on BS. I signed up for the 21 day trial. I feel as though I've walked into a nuclear plant and they've asked me to run it. How do I add a recipe to my account.
RobinShepheard - 16 September 2016 - 12:50 pm
Do you mean on the recipe cloud or do you mean in BS software?
decaturstevo29 - 17 September 2016 - 2:19 am
It was on BS software. Just like the nuclear plant as you go along anyone can do it. It was just a matter of not knowing what I was doing. As I get older I find that the Tech world is leaving behind. It is much simpler than I first thought. cheerstevo

John, I was checking out your Pete's Wicked SA recipe. What'd you use for your yeast? What's are your teas, the last hop and in secondary? (Item #8 & 9)
johnsoc0 - 12 July 2016 - 11:09 pm
I cant find the recipee anymore. I havent brewed this yet so No promises. If i remember right the yeast was 1056. The tea is lemon zinger which is a name Brand you should be able to find in your local supermarket. Just note that it is in boxes for quantity. It is tea in the secondary but was a typo. I fixed it and added the yeast.
