Can I ask your fermentation schedule for the Mach 5/Racer 5 clone? I just brewed your recipe and its in the fermentor right now. Primary days / secondary days???

Hey snowjoe, sorry for the slow reply. I'd let it ferment out pretty fully (say 4-5 days) then dry hop for another 4-5 days right there in the primary. Then rack to kegs or bottles, carbonate, and enjoy!
