Was playing around with the dunkel recipe - check out what I did with it. Researching the dunkel style guidelines, it's typically mostly Munich malt, so I make it the primary. Also subbed out the bittering hops to something similar but with a higher AAU so it doesn't require as much or a 2 hour boil. Brought the overall IBU up to fit style guidelines. Feel free to tweak or ignore. :)

Jim, I have put all our Final All Grain brew recipes on the cloud naw and have shared them, you should be able to download them from my cloud space.

Jim, I have also put the Amber recipe on the cloud that Mike has entered. It is called "Beer Ops Night Vision Amber .3".
