Hi Timmy, Sorry for only just now replying. The taste rating in beersmith is just something that you manually enter based on judging. That rating came from a couple friends of mine who are BJCP judges and that's what they said they would rate it. It's also turned out to be one of their favorite recipes as well. As you now know, this stuff tastes amazing!
