Love Breakside. How did your clone turn out? I read that they use a small amount of Munich in their recipe too, and 90+% of their hops are added in last 5 minutes of boil or dry hop.

its not my recipe, and I have yet to try it. I think the adjuncts are too high though, and plan to reduce the amount to less than 4%. 6% is just too much non-fermentables for my tastes.
