Boil 60 min.
1 oz. mosaic hops
6 lbs. Breiss Light DME
3.5 lbs. Breiss Pilsen Light DME
1/2 lb. Mosaic Fresh Whole hops - Add when chilled

1 oz. Citra Hops - add when ready to ferment
1 oz. Nugget Hops

Secondary fermentation dry hop with
1 oz Mosaic
1 oz. Citra
