where's the coconut in your Coconut Porter recipe?

Sorry about that. I used 1/2lb of unsweetened dried coconut flakes (grocery store purchased) which I cooked for 15 minutes at 300 degrees. After cooling, I wrapped the flakes in paper towels to get out the last of the oils. I added the flakes to the primary fermentation, and that worked well. I had no issues with head retention, since all the oil was out of the flakes. Cheers!
