When all else fails brew -

RoofRats on RoofRats's wall - 14 October 2020 - 3:05 pm
I am just noticing this, I have built a Honey ESB and was getting ready for my brew day when I noticed that Honey is considered a fermentable grain???? Not sure why honey is considered a fermentable grain. But in all the honey added to the boil and secondary only not the mash an extra 2 lbs of grain that should not have been included in the mash from the honey. Can anybody help with how I can keep non grain fermentable out of the grain bill?? Because of this I ended up doing the math to get my strike water correct for grain only. Any help would be appreciated.
