Last time I made Apricot Wheat, 1/2 can of puree was plenty for 5 gallons.
Wasted 1/2 of it in my opinion.
You should gently swirl the puree every day to keep it in suspension

Thanks, will try that next time, i just bottled this last night. I used an auto-siphon to go into the secondary and set it to create a swirl/mix so that (it appeared) to fully mix the puree in with the wheat beer. i am not in the habit of checking until at least 4 days into the secondary i have no idea when it settled.
