2nd beer, a red ale, is in the carboy. Made from a kit, pour the wort in add water and yeast. I had a problem with fermentation temperature control. The beer temperature rose to just under 80 degrees fahrenheit for a few hours. We'll see if it caused any problems once it in the keg.
