Hi Matt, Thank you for posting your State Fair Stout recipe. I downloaded it and thinking about brewing it Friday. Have you made any changes to it? I noticed it said 60min boil but had 90min Centennial hop addition? any other recommendations? Thanks again!

Just do a 60 minute boil. You can do a 90 minute boil but I doesn't give you much. Also, keep your fermentation temp in the low 60s if possible.
