Adjusted hops
by dchijarheadI brewed this and never tried AB before. However I did get one pint and tried it. AB is a harsh bitter beer. I changed to hops a little, only had two oz of Chinook so I used my home grown leaf Nugget for early hops and dry hopped with home grown Cascade. Beer is not as dark and not as harsh, but I like it better. Alc is 7.4% Bottled it should be good in about a week.
