Feedback???
by darbardJust finished drinking the last of this. The commercial version is my favorite beer so was very interested to try. Think I screwed up and made error with too much crystal 120 and/or 75 because I ended up with a hoppy, clean fresh Porter. Ya, Porter. It was black and smokey. I checked your numbers and it's spot on for predicted SRM. Despite following the recipe strictly didn't get desired result. OK, interesting but not on target.
