Taste Notes

This is a classic pub bitter you get in England. Closest to Amber in America. Medium body, color, bitterness and strength (ABV).

Notes

The Suffolk Punch is an old chesnut draft horse used for work/farming in the county of Suffolk. I Aimed for a pub bitter I cannot get here that one gets when going into a local and asking "pint of bitter please". As mentioned the punch is chesnut draft horse hence making it a red bitter. "Punch" was intended as a play on words after the horse and a little on the stonger side for pub bitter. Thanks, DB
