After tasting this I'm glad I didn't sparge. There is NO astringency whatsoever. This is a mighty tasty beer. I think I'd drop the dry hop next time around though.Notes
I set my effeciency to 53% and didn't sparge. Just drained into my kettle and then added water to get to my pre-boil volume.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
