Will make again with rice
by dchijarheadI brewed this with one exception. Used oat flakes vice rice flakes, that I could not find, the oats added a little more body. Kegged five gal and took it on a fishing trip, it lasted one night between the four of us. No complaints. Fermented as a Lager, with this yeast but that's just me, if it is a Lager I keep it a Lager.
