Trainwreck averted
by timlaelThis one is still a pretty drinkable beer, but the victory was a last second addition to deal with a stuck mash. I had no rice hulls on hand so I ground up a pound of victory to provide some more husks. It is just a bit too bready for style and, so far, most judges have caught that 1 1/4 pound of victory. Interesting for sure.
