Great summer picnic beer

by timlael

If you like IPAs and could drink them all day long at summer outings, this is the perfect beer! I usually clock in between 3.5-4% ABV on this one, so you can literally drink it all day and not get totally shitfaced. Mash in around 154 for a bit more body and lower ABV... 149 if you want it nearer 4%. Either way, it has a nice body/mouthfeel if carbonation is adjusted to match the ABV.
