White beer from locally sourced wheat
by timlaelThis is a really cool brew... it really is nearly white. The flavor is a outstanding after it rests for a couple weeks while carbonating. After week 3-4 it begins to fade. Brew it up for a summer outing and be careful... it goes down way to easy.
