Nitro Heaven
by dchijarheadI bought a Nitro tank and made this IPA. Can't say enough about it, outstanding first Nitro. When I brew I brew all day. In fact, this was the base Mash for a second mash, a light ale. But it picked up color and flavor and made nice full body ale. On top of all, that I added more base grain and enough dry malt to make a third five gal batch, that I distilled for a great whisky. All turnout super. About to repeat the process, but will do the second mash as a Lager. Highly recommended Nitro.
