Taste Notes
Great Beer! Hoppy aroma, head lasted until the end, clear and taste was clean and hoppy.
Made three 5 gal batches to fill a 15 gal keg for a work party last year. Big hit and easy to make. Making another 5 gals for another work related party for later this year. I do not have Centennial hops but have leaf Cascade so I will use them. Just a little more to make up the difference.
