BeerSmith™ Recipes and Web Editor

I'm going to make a 3 gallon batch of your Galaxy Pond Ale substituting Citra hops for Galaxy hops which are not available. When I convert this with Beersmith, it automatically changes the recipe to a 60 minute boil. Obviously, since the first hops are added at 85 minutes, I need to increase the boil time to 90 minutes. I am wondering if this will screw things up. Any suggestions? By the way, I am using a 5-gallon mash tun and a 5 gallon pot for my 3 gallon batch.
