Hi, your Kolsch recipe has Brewers Malt 6-Row (Briess) (1.8 SRM), but to my knowledge Briess only makes 2 rows. could you link here what malt you are using? and woudl you be able to suggest a substitute (I am based in Spain and Briess is not the most available of providers)
