This recipe was given to me by a fellow club memeber and has scored as high as a 45 in competitions. It is amazing when bourbon barrel aged. I use 100% ro water and the minerals are for flavor enhancement. so you know the batch size is kettle not fermenter.

Love Breakside. How did your clone turn out? I read that they use a small amount of Munich in their recipe too, and 90+% of their hops are added in last 5 minutes of boil or dry hop.

its not my recipe, and I have yet to try it. I think the adjuncts are too high though, and plan to reduce the amount to less than 4%. 6% is just too much non-fermentables for my tastes.

Hi Lanc3...it's coming along nicely. Great coconut flavor. Maybe a tad more chocolate on the next version.
