Re whispering wheat beer. I'm looking for a recipe that uses just malted barley and wheat grains
Without having to go to extracts. My search didn't turn up any thing. WWB looks great. Any advice? Cheers

Did you boil the ginger and vanilla as the recipe suggests or did you add to secondary? Seeing conflicting info.

Puréed ginger in the food processor, and added to secondary. Split the vanilla beans with knife and secondary.

Edited an existing recipe to brew same style. Want to change the note on the Brew Steps page, but does not want to make the change after creating a new note. How do you delete the old note to add the new one?

Hi, Cat...I would be honored to allow my recipes’ use in your book! Thanx very much. Yes, they are my own so no copywrite issues. I had actually worked with Brad when he first published Beersmith to allow him to include the 70 extract recipes I had at them time into Beersmith so his database wasn’t empty. My favorite is Olaf’s Bavarian Dark Lager...it was fabulous.
My name is Brian K. Smith. My address in case you need it is: 77 Pepperell Rd, Brookline, New Hampshire, 03033.
Thanx again,
Brian
