Brewed the Bucknuts 7C's today. Hit just under my target eff (74.5%), everything went real smooth and the beer tasted good. Fermenting in fridge at 64 degrees and waiting on fermentation to start.

Pigged the beer on 626 after 21 days in the fermenter, was dry hopped for 14 days. Hit 1.014 for FG and the beer tasted freakin amazing!

Recipes that are marked BIAB# are beers that I've brewed. I only do 2.5 gls brews and I wish I had more time to brew, so alot of my recipes are untried.
