Taste Notes

Quite a pleasant beer. Smooth and chocolatey with interesting pine notes from tbe Simcoe hops. It was very rough in the beginning.

Notes

Assume that this is the final recipe for the porter that went horribly wrong over Christmas when the mashtun tap failed and spewed wert all over the balcony.
