Taste Notes

boil ran 30 min long after the last hop addition due to an error and it is more bitter than anticipated contributes to more of a chocolate flavor than anticipated but all and all not bad.

Notes

used english crystal 30 (1 lbs) and crystal 57 ( 1 lbs) with british ale yeast.
