Taste Notes

A. Good bitterness, lots of hop flavor. Still a bit opaque early in the keg, but that should change. Really good beer!

Notes

Add 4.7g gypsum and 3.5g calcium chloride to mash. Add 3.5g gypsum and 2.7g CaCl2 to sparge. pH should be 5.3
