Taste Notes
This is a review from the Iron Hill Brewpub's homebrew contest on 1-23-13. It placed 7th out of 120 entries.
Very nice. Well balanced, not very hoppy which is ideal for this style. Very drinkable, would suggest.
Scored 30/50.Notes
Hit the frementer at 1:30 pm.... at 6:30 pm it has already began to produce CO2. 10-6-12
Racked to secondary 9 days later...10-15-12.
Bottled with 4.7 oz. Corn Sugar on 11-12-12 ( 4 weeks) after racking to secondary. Very nice clear medium dark red color. Smells great.
