Taste Notes

This is from the Iron Hill Brewpub's homebrew contest.... Not a strong distinct aroma. Excellent flavor, not too sweet. Very well represents the style. Surprisingly dry. score 28/50

Notes

Brewed Saturday 8-25-12. Pitched a 1L starter of Edinburg Ale Yeast WLP 028. Cooled to 69*f and put in "Hot-Box" at 3:00 pm. Racked to 2ndary on Sunday 9-2-12...( 8 days in Primary ) Bottled Monday 9-23-12... 21 days in secondary.... Smells very sweet and malty....nice dark brown and very clear color.
