Taste Notes

This is my best Killkenny clone. Good head retention with smooth malty flavor and color.

Notes

Carbed to 1.8 and run on Nitro/CO2 75/25. 30 days in primary crash cool for 7 days for clarity. Rack to keg and force carb to 1.8. Put on nitro for 1 week and enjoy.
