Notes
This is a very hoppy Pale Ale, bordering on an IPA. It once won a blue ribbon at the Oregon Homebrew Festival. It is my favorite beer, which is why I do 15 gallons at a time. It is a step mash but would work equally well as an infusion mash.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
