1104am: Added 1 gallon of water to mash tun @ 150F
1115am: strike water added at 172F
1118am: 156F mash started
1219pm: mash ended 156.2F
110pm: preboil OG = 1.069
preboil volume = 7.40 gallons
119pm: boil started
219pm: boil ended/wort chiller started
post boil volume: 5.70 gal
post boil OG: 1.085
310pm: Yeast starter pitched and placed in ferm chamber at 65F
09/28: 504pm: bubbling activity started
09/28: 6pm: bubbling very active
09/29: 851pm: bubbling slowed down considerably
10/01: 7pm: bubbling very slow
10/02: 5pm: bubbling completely stopped due to low airlock fluid level, refilled, bubbling continues
