Notes

10 g CaCl 10 g CaSO4 added 2oz. whirlpool hops at 125 degF Fermented at 67 for 48 hours. 68 for 24 hours. then 70 for 72 hours. then 72 for 48 then crash cooled to 33 for 72 hours. FG 1.028
