Notes
Just used mash profile for water quantities.
Grind Jasmine rice to coarse cornmeal consistency.
Add 11 quarts of water to mash tun heat to 141 degrees add barley malt less 1 pound and allowed to rest around 130 degrees.
Add 2 quarts of water per pound of grain to the cereal cooker 4 pounds rice and 1 pound barely. Raised 150 degrees allowed to rest for 15 minutes raise to boiling and boil for 30 minutes stirring continuously.
Add cooked cereal to the mash a little bit at a time and raised 150 degrees. Add cold water as necessary until all the cereal has been added in and at 148 to 150 degrees. Hold for 1 hour. Mash out and sparge as usual.This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
