Taste Notes

The kegged version was beyond escellent! One of my all time favorite brews.

Notes

Pump took awhile to get going after protien rest. Do 90 minute boil on next batch. Use blowoff tube in primary instead of air lock. Kegged 5 gallons, bottled 5 gallons on Sept 14, 2011 Keg was awesome! Bottles sketchy - some perfectly carbonated, others undercarbonated??
