Notes
05-31-2012: Thursday - Bottled today. 22-12oz bottles and 10L keg. Used Coopers Carb Drops for bottles. First time kegging. Tastes and smells a lot like SN Porter.
05-14-2012: Monday - Bubbling away. Temps have been between 68 and 70F.
05-13-2012: I ended up with about 1.3 gallons in mash tun after the brew pot was filled. I kind of thought the 4.79 gallons of sparge water seemed high and it was. This Recipe Has Not Been Rated
