http://www.theelectricbrewery.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=24947 Mash temp fluctuated a bit at first. Was ill during the primary fermentation, so the fermentation temp was closer to 67 than the targetted 60. 04/09/13: Wow, hydrometer sample tastes amazing. Clean, smooth, hoppy, fruity.
