Ta av 5 liter vørter etter mesking og stormkok dette på ved siden av, ned til maltekstrakt. Karamelliser denne etter smak og behag, og tilsett tilbake i kokende vørter når ferdig. English: After mashing, remove 5 litre wort, and stormboil this in a kettle down to malt extract. Caramellize this to get the caramel flavours by taste, and add it back to the boiling wort.
