Steps: ------- * Mill All Grains * Mash in 4.8 Gal at ~164F @ 5.2pH * Steep for 60 Min * Mash out 2.3 Gal at ~206F * Fly Sparge 2.7 Gal at ~200F * Bring Wort to a Boil * Add Lactose and Magnum Hops * Boil for 50 Min * Add Goldings Hops and Irish Moss * Boil for 5 Min * Add Pumpkin Spice * Boil for 5 Min * End Boil and Crash Cool * Take OG Reading and Pitch Yeast * Ferment at ~67F for 3-4 Days * Add Vanilla Extract and Ferment at ~65F for 7-10Days * Add Cold Brewed Coffee during bottling/kegging.
