Taste Notes

Finishes too bitter. Didn't adjust bittering addition to compensate for volume and gravity reduction.

Notes

Originally designed without candi sugar to have an OG of 1.054. Mash efficiency was much lower than expected. Most likely due to too fast of a run off. Kegged on 11/25. FG 1.008.
